Investors should have two principal concerns: (1) the return ON their investment, and (2) the return OF their investment. The first relates to the reward element, and the second relates to the risk element. There is a close, but complex, relationship between investment risk and investment return or reward. I will be adding regular posts in the coming weeks exploring the the investment risk-reward relationship. I will also cover important points on assessing one’s own investment risk profile.
